1.Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and PT Sigma Asia Nusantara ("we") for the use of oneout.id, including the website, apps, WhatsApp integration, and API (the "Service"). By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business.
This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Indonesian version, the Indonesian version prevails.
2.Service status
oneout.id is still in development. During beta, features may change, be limited, or be discontinued, and the Service may not yet be stable. Beta participants are not charged during beta and are expected to share feedback. Support for each platform is rolled out in stages, subject to that platform's approvals and limits.
3.Account and security
- You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when signing up.
- You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity in your account, including by team members you invite.
- Tell us right away at halo@oneout.id if you suspect unauthorized access.
4.Platform accounts you connect
By connecting an Instagram, Facebook, Threads, WhatsApp Business, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, or marketplace store account, you allow us to access and act on that account within the permissions you approve, such as publishing content and replying to messages.
- You must comply with each platform's terms and policies, including the WhatsApp Business messaging policy and Meta's commerce policies.
- Restrictions, suspensions, or changes by platforms are outside our control and may affect which features are available.
- oneout.id is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those platforms.
5.Content and AI output
- You keep ownership of the content you send, such as photos, videos, catalogs, and text, and of the content the Service creates for you. You give us a limited permission to process that content only to run the Service for you.
- You confirm that you have the rights to the materials you send, including consent from people whose face or voice is used.
- AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or similar to other works. You are responsible for reviewing content and replies before approving publication, or when using autopilot mode.
- Product claims, prices, promotions, and other information published on behalf of your business remain your responsibility.
6.Prohibited use
You may not use the Service to:
- Sell or promote goods and services prohibited by law or by platform policies.
- Send spam, bulk messages without the recipient's consent, or messages that violate WhatsApp policies.
- Commit fraud, mislead consumers, impersonate others, or create fake reviews and testimonials.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.
- Collect other people's personal data without a valid legal basis.
- Disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to breach the security of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
7.Pricing, payment, and third-party fees
- Plan prices and quotas are shown before you subscribe, include VAT, and may change with prior notice.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each period until you cancel. Monthly quotas do not roll over to the next period.
- WhatsApp messaging and advertising fees are paid by you directly to Meta or TikTok through the payment method on your own account. We do not front these fees.
- Refunds follow the policy shown when you subscribe.
8.Transactions with buyers
oneout.id does not process buyer payments or checkout. All transactions take place on your marketplace or your own sales channels, and the sale is entirely between you and the buyer.
9.Data and privacy
For data of buyers and followers who contact your business, you are the data controller and we are the data processor acting on your instructions. You are responsible for having a valid legal basis for that processing. Processing details are in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.
10.Our intellectual property
The software, design, the oneout.id brand, and other Service materials belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while subscribed and in line with these terms.
11.Availability and changes to the Service
We work to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available without interruption or free of errors. We may add, change, or discontinue features, and we will give advance notice of changes with significant impact.
12.Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses caused by actions of third-party platforms. Our total liability for claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
13.Termination
You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account if you violate these terms or if required by law. After an account is closed, data is handled according to our data deletion terms.
14.Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be resolved amicably. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, disputes will be settled at the South Jakarta District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan).
15.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email or within the Service before they take effect. By continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
